Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement operations. This role is responsible for managing Oracle P2P catalogs, training end users, maintaining consolidated billing processes, and preparing routine reports. Working under general supervision, the Procurement Coordinator collaborates with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes.

 

Job Description

  • Manage online catalogs within the Oracle P2P environment
  • Collaborate with suppliers to update online catalogs as needed
  • Support and train end users on the Oracle P2P process
  • Process restricted item purchases
  • Manage online help desks for new user setups
  • Create training material for the Oracle P2P process
  • Receive consolidated monthly invoices, review for accuracy, report disputes, and submit invoices for processing to Accounts Payable
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures

 

Skills Required

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, concatenation, and other formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Oracle Cloud purchasing module experience
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Associate’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (1hr lunch). No OT expected
    • 100% on-site for the first 30-60 days. Hybrid schedule available after initial training is completed, based on performance

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • $23.00 - $32.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
