What You'll Do & Bring

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with medical, dental, and administrative suppliers to obtain quotes and review product specifications
  • Create, review, and maintain purchase orders while ensuring proper authorization processes are followed
  • Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Oversee order deliveries and ensure departments receive supplies in accordance with operational needs
  • Verify received supplies against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining adequate stock across departments
  • Conduct inventory counts and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate equipment repairs, returns, and vendor service requests
  • Manage equipment and asset tracking through the organization's equipment database
  • Support procurement process improvements, including inventory controls, barcode integration, and storage solutions
  • Oversee asset tagging and maintain equipment records, warranty information, and repair logs
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure supplies and equipment are delivered accurately and on time
  • Serve as a liaison between procurement and operational teams to address purchasing needs and resolve issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or procurement processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and commitment to operational excellence

Preferred:

  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
