The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by distributing claims to Procurement Analysts. This role keeps track of current volume on an individual basis to ensure even distribution throughout the department. The Procurement Coordinator is a detail-oriented contributor performing Quality Control (QC) reviews for incoming and outgoing files.

This is a remote position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • File distribution to all Procurement staff (initial distribution and redistribution as necessary)
  • QC/Review of incoming and outgoing files for accuracy before distribution to end users
  • Generate and send mail, e-mail, reports, and forms to inter-office personnel; may as needed send reports to clients, managers, and other CorVel offices
  • Document procedures and all client-specific protocols
  • Additional duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail oriented with the ability to catch errors
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced/production environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year office experience
  • Data Entry experience

PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $13.38 - $23.42 per hour
