JOB SUMMARY
The Procurement Coordinator will support the procurement process in an efficient and professional manner by ensuring timely delivery of materials and providing data entry tasks for the Procurement Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.
- Assist and support the procurement process.
- Confirm and expedite factory purchase orders.
- Maintain system integrity on supplier updates
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and escalate issues with late deliveries or order discrepancies.
- Comply with the Company's Quality Management System.
- Comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
