The ideal procurement coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing, supplier, and planning data within SAP to support inventory management. ATP accuracy, shortage visibility, and customer delivery performance.
Responsibilities:
- SAP/ERP: Maintain purchase orders, supplier confirmations, delivery dates, and supply-chain data
- Data Accuracy: Review large volume of transactional data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Excel: Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, analyzing, and reporting data
- Supplier Communication: Contact suppliers to confirm delivery dates and commitments
- Procurement & Supply Chain: Support purchasing, inventory, shortage tracking, planning, and customer delivery
- Reporting: Create and distribute shortage, supplier performance, and purchasing reports
- Organization: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple task
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory, customer service, planning, or data entry manufacturing experience is preferred
Education: High school diploma or GED is required
