About the Role:

As a CBRE Procurement Executive, you will design, evaluate, and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors.

What You'll Do:

Account & Supplier Transition Support

  • Support the Division Procurement Lead with supplier transitions for newly onboarded CBRE accounts - helping align client supplier needs with CBRE's approved vendor network and assigning account-specific work to preferred suppliers.
  • Coordinate handoff to contract support and account leads once the transition is complete.
  • Serve as a procurement resource to account managers and local account leaders who own their P&L but need procurement expertise to execute.

Cost Savings & Sourcing

  • Proactively identify and execute cost savings opportunities across the account portfolio - including supplier consolidation, renegotiation, and RFP-driven competitive sourcing.
  • Lead RFP processes end-to-end: scope definition, bid solicitation, proposal evaluation, and award recommendation.
  • Conduct market and supplier analysis to benchmark pricing and service levels.

Supplier Management & Reporting

  • Oversee supplier performance tracking using CBRE's supplier management tools - including scorecards, satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and escalation management.
  • Serve as a day-to-day resource for account teams on supplier issues, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Design, generate, and present reports on supplier performance, spend, and sourcing outcomes for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity across procurement databases; collect and rationalize data from multiple sources.

Tactical Procurement Support

  • Handle tactical procurement needs that fall outside account team capacity - acting as a support resource for the Division Procurement Lead.
  • Support supplier onboarding, contract renewals, and managed procurement activities including negotiation support.
  • Review forecasts, investigate trends, and make strategic recommendations to the business.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience in indirect procurement, specifically facilities management - janitorial, maintenance trades, or similar service categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, lead RFPs, and negotiate contracts independently.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to build and present data-driven reports, conduct financial analysis, and identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Ability to work fully remote and autonomously - this role requires strong self-direction with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Availability during core business hours across PST time zones.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
