Job Opening: Procurement Expeditor Reference Code: PE0326 Salary Range: $19.50-$29.22

Job Description The Expeditor is the focal point for the communication, maintenance and update of supplier delivery commitments noted in contract/purchase order(s) as negotiated by the Buyer. Through regular communication with assigned suppliers, the Expeditor ensures that the latest delivery information is kept up to date and relayed to the appropriate Buyers via the use of CPI internal systems/reporting.

Essential Functions

• Ensure Suppliers maintain negotiated commitments via the Purchase Order
• Communicate changes to those commitments via CPI tools
• Support Customer changes in requirements and align with Supplier
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendor contractors, agency officials and departmental personnel in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience
• High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred) or equivalent education and work experience
• Proficiency in standard computing software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The salary range for this position is: $19.50-$29.22 per hour. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and other factors allowed by law. Individuals are not typically hired at or near the top of the salary range.
