Workday Procurement Functional Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a Procurement Functional Business Analyst to support a major Workday ERP transformation for a large, nationally recognized healthcare organization.

This role will support the full implementation lifecycle, including business process design, requirements gathering, system configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment, go-live and post-go-live stabilization. The Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams and system integrators to support the successful implementation and adoption of Workday business processes and integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and documenting functional requirements
  • Facilitating future-state workflow and business process discussions
  • Supporting Workday configuration and integration design
  • Developing test scenarios and scripts
  • Coordinating system, integration, user acceptance and regression testing
  • Tracking defects and supporting resolution
  • Participating in data conversion, cutover and go-live readiness
  • Providing functional support during hypercare and stabilization
  • Supporting reporting, training and change-management activities

Required experience:

  • Full-lifecycle ERP implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Workday Inventory module and configuration
  • Procurement business-process knowledge
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Testing coordination and defect management
  • Data conversion and reporting requirements
  • Cutover, production support and hypercare
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills

Workday certification and healthcare experience are preferred. This is a hybrid opportunity with onsite attendance required for certain Workday implementation events
