Position Summary

Vertiv is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support our Procurement team through data analysis, reporting, and supplier insights. This role combines analytics and procurement to help improve supplier performance, spend visibility, sourcing activities, and business decision-making. You''ll work with Procurement and cross-functional teams to analyze data, build reports, and identify opportunities that improve procurement performance.

What You''ll Do

  • Analyze supplier, spend, pricing, and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ERP data.
  • Support RFQs, spend analysis, supplier performance reporting, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives.
  • Extract, validate, and organize large datasets to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility.
  • Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Quality to support sourcing and supplier initiatives.
  • Help improve reporting, data quality, and procurement processes through analytics and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience using ERP systems to extract and analyze procurement or business data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with supplier performance reporting, spend analysis, RFQs, pricing analysis, or TCO.
  • Manufacturing or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with IFS ERP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Continuous improvement or project support experience.

Travel: Approximately 10%
