Position Summary:

The Procurement Manager is an individual contributor responsible for building and managing procurement operations. This role owns the end‑to‑end sourcing process, including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and selection, while also managing the current credit programs and helping establish a structured purchase order (PO) process.

The position works closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure cost‑effective purchasing, contract compliance, and supplier performance management. The role will manage procurement transactions and vendor data in NetSuite ERP and oversee contract lifecycle activities—including intake, approvals, renewals, and documentation—through the Gatekeeper contract management system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supplier sourcing, evaluation, and vendor negotiations
  • Supplier selection and relationship management
  • Development and implementation of a formal PO and procurement process
  • Contract lifecycle coordination through Gatekeeper
  • Procurement transactions and vendor management in NetSuite ERP
  • Spend analysis, cost optimization, and procurement reporting
  • Cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5–7 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in a service environment
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and contract lifecycle management systems (preferably Gatekeeper)
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 depending on office location
