Procurement Manager

Procurement ManagerKdc/one is seeking a Procurement Manager in Groveport, Ohio.

We're seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a team of buyers and manage supplier relationships that ensure materials are available to meet production demand and customer commitments. This role plays a key part in inventory optimization, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of buyers supporting raw materials, components, and packagingManage supplier performance, including quality, cost, and OTIF deliveryAlign purchasing activities with forecasts, S&OP plans, and production needsOptimize inventory levels, safety stock, and inventory turnoverPartner with Warehouse, Scheduling, and Global Sourcing teams to mitigate risk and reduce excess inventoryTrack KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring (Basic Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management or related field preferred5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in manufacturing2+ years of supervisory experienceIndustry experience (cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or contract manufacturing) preferredAPICS/ISM certification a plusSAP, Microsoft Office, Power BIStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
