Drive cost excellence and cash generation targets across the logistics network by championing advanced should-cost modeling and negotiating long-term agreements with built-in continuous improvement metrics
Deploy comprehensive supplier governance, holistic risk assessments, and material segmentation frameworks to systematically eliminate supply chain bottlenecks and advance network resilience
Manage the complete contract lifecycle from requirements gathering to execution, leveraging digital Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to guarantee 100% compliance with corporate procurement policies
Elevate partnerships with strategic suppliers through a formalized Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program, tracking performance via automated scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to foster joint value and innovation
Integrate corporate value-driven sustainability roadmaps into sourcing strategies, accelerating supplier risk assessments and expanding the localized supplier diversity network
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
8+ years of professional procurement or strategic sourcing experience or 6+ years experience with a Master's degree.
Proven experience managing the full end-to-end commissioning cycle, including supplier tendering or commercial negotiations, and contract awards.
Strong technical proficiency with enterprise procurement administration systems (such as SAP Ariba or Master Data Management tools) alongside standard corporate workspace applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a proven track record of negotiating high-value logistics agreements exceeding $10MM USD
Advanced degree or specialized focus in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
Strong alignment with core leadership principles: a demonstrated ability to cultivate trust by listening with empathy, create the future through professional curiosity, and commit to high-performance impact
Outstanding cross-functional influencing and communication skills, with the capability to act as a trusted advisor and present complex business cases directly to senior supply chain leadership
Passion for digital transformation, with experience integrating advanced market intelligence, automated tools, or AI-driven analytics into daily sourcing workflows
