The Indirect Procurement Manager supports the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies for indirect goods and services across the organization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and the Procurement team to identify cost savings opportunities, improve supplier performance, support sourcing initiatives, and enhance procurement processes. The Manager is responsible for analyzing spend data, supporting supplier negotiations and contract implementation, maintaining strong cross-functional communication, and helping drive operational efficiency, compliance, and overall value through strategic procurement activities.
How You Will Make an Impact
Analyze indirect spend data to identify cost savings, sourcing opportunities, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
Support the development and execution of category sourcing and procurement strategies.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and align procurement solutions accordingly.
Assist with sourcing events, RFx development, bid analysis, supplier evaluations, and contract implementation.
Support supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, service, quality, and contractual terms.
Track, validate, and report procurement savings and value creation initiatives.
Help improve procurement processes, policies, and e-procurement capabilities to increase efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure continuity of service.
Maintain supplier and contract data accuracy within procurement systems and reporting tools.
Research and implement procurement best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Finance.
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, or related analytical roles.
Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract administration preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting spend, financial data, or large data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and supplier management practices.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
