Procurement Manager Large-Scale Residential Development
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement for large-scale residential development projects. This role will manage procurement from early planning and estimating through negotiation, purchasing, delivery, and project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement strategy and execution for major residential and mixed-use development projects
Manage procurement from planning/estimating through final delivery
Source and negotiate large material and equipment packages for high-rise and large residential projects
Handle complex purchases such as 300+ unit kitchen packages, windows, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and building materials
Negotiate directly with domestic and international manufacturers and suppliers
Manage overseas sourcing, including large purchases from manufacturers in China and other international markets
Partner closely with development, construction, estimating, design, and project management teams
