Position Summary
The Brand Sourcing & Procurement Associate Manager is responsible for supporting the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities that help drive cost efficiency, quality, and operational reliability across the organization. Partnering with internal teams to identify purchasing needs, evaluates vendors and suppliers, and manages procurement processes to ensure materials, products, and services are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the company's eCommerce platform for accurate product listings, pricing, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers that meet company standards for cost, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
Request, review, and compare supplier quotes; support contract negotiations and conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitive purchasing.
Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing data, product information, and inventory details within procurement systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, facilities, finance, marketing, etc.) to understand purchasing needs and align procurement activities with business priorities.
Monitor supplier performance, address delivery or quality issues, and support continuous improvement with vendor partners.
Lead cost-saving initiatives, vendor consolidation efforts, and strategic sourcing projects to improve efficiency and reduce spend.
Research market trends, identify alternative suppliers, and evaluate product availability to mitigate supply chain risks.
Manage the HGE eCommerce site, including product listings, pricing updates, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to evaluate pricing and supplier proposals.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross- functionally with internal teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, procurement tools, and eCommerce platforms.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with vendors and internal stakeholders

Base: $60,000 - $70,000 / Annual Salary
