Job Description

Job Title: Procurement
Location: Mason, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months (Temp to Hire)
Pay rate: $35/hr. –$38.00/hr. On w2 (All inclusive)

Job Description:
  • Maintains files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation.
  • Maintains information on computer systems. Assists in expediting orders.
  • May assist buyers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.
  • Prepares standard requests for quotations and purchase requisitions.
  • Assignments may require initiative regarding pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, invoice discrepancies, etc.
  • May place purchase orders as assigned by supervision.
Education & Experience:
  • Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Preferred electronics / machined procurement experience.
