Procurement Operations Analyst — Supplier & Inventory Management

Join a collaborative supply chain team where you’ll translate demand signals into smart buys, strengthen our supplier network, and keep materials moving without interruption.

Your impact

  • Own supplier engagement: schedule reviews, track performance, and resolve delivery issues to protect schedules.
  • Turn market intelligence into action: evaluate pricing trends and capacity to inform purchasing strategies.
  • Negotiate value: secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts that balance cost, quality, and reliability.
  • Guard inventory health: monitor levels, analyze usage, and forecast needs to eliminate stockouts.
  • Team alignment: coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders so purchasing supports business priorities.
  • System accuracy: maintain precise documentation for POs, price lists, terms, and inventory records.
  • Operational excellence: identify and drive process improvements across the supply chain.
  • Governance support: assist in building and refining procurement policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
  • Negotiation strength with a relationship-first approach to supplier management.
  • Strong analytical chops and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and familiar with supply chain/procurement software platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Thrives independently and on teams in a fast-moving setting.
