About The Team:
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategy design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way in compliance with business standards. We are responsible for sourcing and onboarding new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Provide fast quotes, and order services for internal stakeholders within the categories assigned by the Shared Service Center, in line with Procurement s tactical sourcing strategies.
Execute procurement business processes, primarily focusing on P2P (Purchase-to-pay), but potentially other relevant Procurement processes. This entails conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments.
Work with suppliers to improve performance in line with Procurement s performance metrics.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures.
Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues, and take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope.
Minimum Qualifications:
Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor s/Master s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop category intelligence, analyze supply markets, and create data-driven procurement strategies.
Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable procurement plans.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
