By bringing together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals and their areas of expertise, we are able to solve problems better, faster.What You Will Do Acting as the liaison between the organization and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving shipping discrepanciesCreating project plans for resourcing effortCoordinating with program/project managers to align procurement needs with project timelines.Ensuring necessary materials are available for project schedules developing Line of Balance and overlap transition planWeekly report out on progress and updates on look ahead activitiesWhat You Will Bring Bachelor\'s degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred with 1-3 years of relative experience; in lieu of degree, 4-8 years of procurement experience acceptableExperience in procurement or purchasingProject coordination skills supporting large projects helpfulProficiency in ERP software SAP preferredProficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on mid-level Excel skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsDue to the nature of the work, you must be a US CitizenPay Range $28.84 to $31.25 per hourCompensation Notes Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
