Coordinate procurement projects from intake through completion, by tracking milestones, scheduling meetings, and documenting decisions and action items (3 Years)
Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments, procurement staff, and suppliers, providing timely updates and follow-up (3 Years)
Manage procurement intake process to include review, prioritizing, & routing requests to procurement resource after discussion with Procurement Director (3 Years)
Track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and risks using SharePoint (3 Years)
Help develop and implement SharePoint tool for tracking intake and status (3 Years)
Experience coordinating projects, processes, or administrative operations, preferably in procurement or a related business function (3 Years)
Demonstrated ability to organize information and create tools that improve visibility, accountability, and workflow management (3 Years)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through (3 Years)
Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with Procurement Director (3 Years)

The Project Coordinator supports the procurement department by coordinating procurement projects, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking timelines and deliverables, and serving as a communication link among procurement staff, internal departments, and suppliers.
This role helps ensure procurement activities move forward efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
The position also plays a key role in managing the procurement intake process, coordinating workload and priorities, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
The Project Coordinator will use SharePoint and other technology to organize information, improve visibility into procurement activities, and support efficient management of departmental resources.
***Hybrid Schedule: Work from home on Monday and Friday, in office Tues, Wed, and Thursday***
