Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field highly preferred.
3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies for MRO.
Experience executing RFPs and RFQs.
Experience with contract negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with Oracle Cloud/EBS, JD Edwards, or Glovia is preferred.

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site for the first 30–60 days; hybrid schedule may be available after training based on performance.
