Procurement SpecialistThe Procurement Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective procurement solutions across a multi-site operation.Manage sourcing activities including RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selectionNegotiate pricing, delivery terms, and general terms and conditions for procurement agreementsSupport and lead contract lifecycle activities including renewals, benchmarking, and performance trackingOversee procurement operations, ensuring purchase orders and requisitions align with agreed termsConduct vendor performance analysis, focusing on safety, service quality, and delivery metricsAct as a key liaison between procurement and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and FinanceSupport procurement systems, including acting as a subject matter expert for Procure-to-Pay platformsA successful Procurement Specialist should have:Minimum 5+ years of procurement or Buyer experience within industrial, engineering, or operational environmentsProven experience negotiating commercial terms and managing supplier relationshipsStrong understanding of sourcing strategies, contract management, and procurement processesExperience with Procure-to-Pay systems (Coupa preferred) and ERP platforms (SAP preferred)Ability to analyze supplier performance and drive cost savings initiativesExperience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, operational settingWarehouse or inventory experience is advantageousWhat's on offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work for a globally recognized organization with strong operational footprintExposure to complex, multi-site procurement operationsCareer progression within a structured and growing procurement functionCollaborative, safety-driven working environmentIf you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Procurement Specialist, we encourage you to apply today!
