We are making a positive impact and we want you to be a part of it!Summary: This position supports procurement activities across capital projects, manufacturing operations, indirect purchasing, supplier management, and equipment procurement at LG Energy Solution – Honda joint venture.Responsibilities:Manage procurement activities for manufacturing equipment, indirect materials, spare parts, consumables, and project-related purchasesSupport sourcing activities for equipment, indirect materials, and project-related purchasesConduct RFQ processes for suppliers and service providersNegotiate pricing, commercial terms and delivery schedules with suppliersCoordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and purchasing requirementsManage purchase orders and track supplier deliveries to ensure project timelines are metReview supplier quotations and evaluate vendors based on technical capability, cost, and delivery performanceSupport contract review and coordination with legal and project teamsMonitor supplier performance and maintain relationships with key vendorsTrack procurement data and prepare reports related to purchasing activitiesSupport internal teams with purchasing requirements across plant operationsMaintain compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresOther job duties as assignedEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field3-6 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, engineering support, or related fieldsExperience in procurement or supplier management is preferredKnowledge/Skills:Strong negotiation and supplier management skillsAbility to work with engineering and cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAre you ready to join us in our journey toward a better world?
