Procurement Specialist
Location: Miami, FL
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire, In-Office

TempExperts is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and supply chain operations for a growing organization in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, tracking orders, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and ensuring materials are delivered on time. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor the status of open orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Review product information for accuracy, including descriptions, pricing, and order details.
  • Maintain current vendor pricing and purchasing documentation.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, shipments, and invoices.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve purchasing and delivery issues.
  • Assist with maintaining procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and support inventory or supply chain initiatives as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative and purchasing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Previous purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory, or vendor management experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with purchasing or ERP software is a plus.
