We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and contract administration. The successful candidate will lead competitive sourcing initiatives, drive cost savings and operational efficiencies, ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations, and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver high-value procurement outcomes.

Working closely with project managers, legal, finance, and business stakeholders, the specialist manages multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously, oversees supplier performance, and administers contracts through execution, renewal, amendments, and closeout. The role also supports category management, demand planning, supplier diversity initiatives, spend analysis, and continuous improvement of the procure-to-pay (P2P) process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic sourcing activities and end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Develop and administer RFPs/RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and recommend contract awards.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and governance standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve procurement and contract issues, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare procurement documentation, reports, and approval packages as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of RFP processes, supplier negotiations, contract administration, and ERP procurement systems.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
