Immediate opening for a Procurement Specialist in Redlands, CA who possesses:
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- Must complete the following assessments:
- Advanced Excel: Testing must include proficiency in complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, analytical data sets.
- 10-Key: Accuracy and KPH (Keystrokes per Hour) results
- Data entry: Accuracy and WPM (Words per Minute) metrics.
- 1 to 2 years of experience of previous ordering and inventory control with large number of SKUs is preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Prepare weekly inventory orders to vendors
- Direct and oversee cycle counts
- Monitor inventory levels, including minimum, maximum, and safety stocks, and make inventory adjustment recommendations to management.
- Track supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of products meeting specified requirements.
- Maintain records of supplier meetings to monitor compliance with company standards.
- Balance the material demand/supply and minimize stockout risk by analyzing the current inventory, forecasting the future needs, and scheduling the suppliers' shipments accordingly
- Offer solutions to help the company better manage costs on supplies and vendor services.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Strong organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose emails with good grammar
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strang mathematical skills
- Exceptional data entry skills (fast and accurate)
- Proficient with Excel
- Self-starter with strong self-initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $33.80/hour
