Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Must complete the following assessments:
Advanced Excel: Testing must include proficiency in complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, analytical data sets.
10-Key: Accuracy and KPH (Keystrokes per Hour) results
Data entry: Accuracy and WPM (Words per Minute) metrics.
1 to 2 years of experience of previous ordering and inventory control with large number of SKUs is preferred.

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Prepare weekly inventory orders to vendors
Direct and oversee cycle counts
Monitor inventory levels, including minimum, maximum, and safety stocks, and make inventory adjustment recommendations to management.
Maintain records of supplier meetings to monitor compliance with company standards.
Balance the material demand/supply and minimize stockout risk by analyzing the current inventory, forecasting the future needs, and scheduling the suppliers' shipments accordingly
Offer solutions to help the company better manage costs on supplies and vendor services.

Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose emails with good grammar
Exceptional attention to detail
Strang mathematical skills
Exceptional data entry skills (fast and accurate)
Proficient with Excel
Self-starter with strong self-initiative
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $33.80/hour
