Procurement Specialist, Indirect Procurement

Job Description

*Support indirect procurement activities across all spend categories.
*Serve as a key procurement partner to internal stakeholders by managing intake and prioritization of sourcing requests
 *Collaborating with regional and global procurement leads, and leading end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned projects.

*Support supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

*Ensuring alignment with company procurement policies and category strategies.

*Provide sourcing and supplier management, maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate sourcing requests and work with regional and global procurement teams to prioritize activities.

· Lead end-to-end sourcing projects.

· Gather business requirements, define sourcing scope, and align stakeholder expectations.

· Conduct supplier identification and market research

· Analyze supplier proposals and make sourcing recommendations based on total value, risk, and business requirements.

· Support commercial negotiations and contract execution
