Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst

The Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing-centric procurement functions for the Consumer Brands Division. This includes monitoring inventory levels to ensure the brands division is properly positioned. Further, the Procurement & Logistic Analyst will work with the Production Manager to oversee the in-house assembly and production flow. This individual will also be responsible for partnering with our freight carriers to organize and book logistics, domestically and internationally, for the Brands.As a part of the Consumer Brands Division, this role will be a part of the product development team to assist in providing input and insight into the creation and developmental process of new products.Position Requirements Current participant in archery, firearms and hunting.Strong analytical skillsPlanning & organization skillsVerbal & written communication skillsForward thinking and takes initiativeProficient in Microsoft ExcelPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities Monitor supply chain partnershipsParticipate in the development of new supply chain partnershipsOversee the re-sourcing of productsOversee all forecasting, planning & procurement functionsOversee cost schedules and negotiationsManage in-house Consumer Brands Build RosterManage & maximize domestic & foreign freight logisticsSupport internal teams with product issues or inventory management resolutionsSupport in product validation & functionality testingTravel expected 4-6 times per year
