Strategic Talent Advisor

" Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.
" Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, talent recommendations, and clear guidance throughout the hiring process.

Pipeline & Sourcing Management


" Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
" Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, tools, and outreach strategies to engage prospective candidates.
" Assess labor market trends, competitive talent dynamics, and employment brand perception to inform recruiting strategies.

Candidate Assessment & Selection


" Apply structured, skills-based assessment methods to evaluate candidates for role-relevant capabilities.
" Partner with interview teams to promote consistent, fair, and effective interviewing practices.
" Prepare interview guides, facilitate interview debriefs, and synthesize feedback into clear, actionable summaries.
" Support inclusive hiring outcomes by ensuring candidate slates reflect a broad range of skills, experiences, and perspectives.

" Build strong, collaborative relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the business.

Required Qualifications

" 5 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or retained search environment.
" Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
" Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
" Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
" Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
" Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize insights and recommendations clearly.
" Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

" Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.
" Familiarity with workforce planning, talent market analysis, or employment branding concepts.
" Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
