Procurement Support Technician (Part-Time) 13004

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Support Technician to support a busy finance team with procurement and financial operations. This part-time, fully onsite position is ideal for candidates with experience in accounting, finance, procurement, or purchasing who enjoy working with financial documents, processing transactions, and ensuring data accuracy.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple financial systems while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Coursework in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least six (6) months of accounting or finance experience or training.
• Thirty (30) months of accounting and/or finance experience or training.
• Twelve (12) months of experience as a Financial Associate.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, accounting, accounts payable, or finance.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, or financial transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
