Job Title: Procurement & Technology Coordinator

Location: Ocala, Florida (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Technology Coordinator to oversee our vendor relationships, technology systems, and compliance operations across the organization.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives at the intersection of technology management, vendor negotiation, and healthcare compliance. The Procurement & Technology Coordinator will ensure our staff has reliable support, our systems remain secure and HIPAA-compliant, and our vendors and technology solutions align with Ethos' mission and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee password management and internal security protocols. Issuing/removing accesses.
  • Managing the IT in the Google Workspace for compliance management.
  • Manage all vendor relationships, contracts, purchasing, and negotiations.
  • Supervise technology systems, including phone systems, fax services, Google Workspace, and IT support tools.
  • Ensure ongoing HIPAA compliance across all digital platforms and workflows- HIPAA Compliance Officer. Manages BAA.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and clinical teams, outsourcing when applicable
  • Asset management and inventory management.
  • Maintain and support EMR system management, access, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Identify and implement new technologies that improve patient care efficiency
  • Serve as the point person for operational technology and procurement needs
  • Setting up IT infrastructure for new locations, working with vendors.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare technology, procurement, vendor management, or IT operations
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Multi-task, Works Independently Well Under Pressure, Resourceful, Proactive
  • Ability to support staff in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and medical office technology preferred
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and mission-driven
