Do you have experience as a produce manager and wish to join the premier fruit & vegetable market in the area?  Well Nino Salvaggio in Troy is looking for a Produce Manager, so this could be your opportunity.


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Overseeing the produce department staff ensuring they are following all policies and procedures.
• Stock produce ensure quality and proper safety protocol.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in unloading trucks, making bales, compacting trash, etc.
• Ensure cleaniless and great presentation of the porch, vestibule and produce department.
• Cross merchandise when possible
• Train, develop, assist, etc. all produce department staff
• Schedule employees be company needs ensuring a balance of new and seasoned employees on each shift.
• Inventory and order produce products

This position will report to the Produce Buyer, Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager.


Must have reliable transportation. Must have previous produce management and customer service experience.  Must be available mornings, nights and weekends.
