Job Description

We are seeking a Producer to join our dynamic Engineering Systems team supporting a gamins tudio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum facilitation, sprint operations, and cross-functional delivery within gaming or developer tooling environments and a proven ability to drive feature execution, maintain team velocity, and unblock delivery across engineering workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, plan sprints, and track team velocity and capacity.
• Own feature delivery schedules and work item assignments in ADO.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers; maintain accurate documentation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists for sprints and milestones.
• Create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs with leads and PMs; scrub backlogs and clear stale work.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, pre-reads, and status questions; run stand-ups, planning, triage, office hours, and retrospectives.
• Update work items with owners, status, decisions, and next steps; maintain action logs and follow-ups.
• Represent features in release forums; review release queries and confirm next actions.
• Consolidate changelog reviews, track feedback and open items, and confirm follow-up with feature owners.
• Partner with QA on validation plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies.
• Track critical-path work, readiness signals, release risks, and unresolved bugs; coordinate cross-team dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, product development, or as a producer.
• Deep familiarity with ADO, Jira, or Confluence to manage tasks, plan sprints, and document pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage team velocity and milestone delivery.
• Ability to bridge gaps between creative artists, programmers, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to change and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree AND 4+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• Producer or TPM experience in a gaming studio.
• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, no overtime.
• Equipment: Supplier to provide.
• Assessment Process: Three rounds. Camera on during the hard skills assessment.
