Job Description

We are seeking a Producer to support an Engineering Systems team within a gaming environment. The role will focus on execution, sprint facilitation, planning, retrospectives, task tracking, and blocker management to ensure builds, tests, and engineering systems run smoothly for developers. The Producer will own delivery schedules, manage work item assignments, and maintain accurate ADO documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, triage, office hours, and retrospectives, live or asynchronously.
• Own feature delivery schedules, capacity planning, team velocity tracking, and work item assignment.
• Create and maintain sprint and milestone dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists.
• Create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs with leads and PMs; scrub backlogs and clear stale work.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers; maintain precise ADO records and documentation.
• Update work items with decisions, owners, status, and next steps; maintain action logs, reminders, and workflows.
• Represent features or workstreams in release forums with leads and PMs; review release queries and confirm next actions.
• Consolidate changelog reviews, track feedback and open items, and confirm follow-up with feature owners.
• Partner with QA to coordinate validation plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies.
• Track critical-path work, validation dependencies, readiness signals, release risks, and unresolved bugs.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, partner commitments, and technical initiatives; escalate decisions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, product development, or as a producer.
• Deep familiarity with ADO, Jira, or Confluence to manage tasks, plan sprints, and document pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage team velocity and milestone delivery.
• Ability to bridge gaps between creative artists, programmers, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to change, remain flexible, and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5-7 years in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• Producer or TPM experience in a gaming studio, with 4-7 years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, no overtime expected.
• Equipment or Software: Supplier to provide.
• Assessment Process: Three rounds of hard skills assessments. Cameras on may be required.
