Schedule Notes:
Overview of project/day-to-day responsibilities:Partnering with Samantha who is the platform producer. Audience level expert for retail...access for the retail stores (content) and corporate. Lots of system, creating custom groups, support her in the audience management work.
Three bucket – could be less experience (the right type of thinker for the job) - comparable skillsets (no education requirement) HS diploma is fine.
#1 25% Technical system admin work (detailed oriented) - executing, creating this group, troubleshooting this permission, naming conventions, etc
#2 50% Documentation work – big portion. Single point of failure – document – other people can do it when Samantha is out. Clear set up consolidated documents for audience management. Very detailed – need to define a strategy for the playbook, but open to it.
#3 25% Partner and Business communication – support request channel, ask about audience and work with partners across the businesses, talking to the business partner, asking questions, knowing when to push back or hold our ground and translate the niche technical work easily with the other business groups.
Personality fit – strong organization and professional fit skills. Project management skills. Systems thinker, see beyond and past the initial tasks. How to think when they don’t know something and how to figure it out. Interacting with several people. Get to the root of the issue and what they are thinking.
Dealt with ability how user permissions work – how technical – sys admin level.
Ex: Communications platform – back end system platform – assign the audience – verify the right users are in there. Look at their profile and check their user permissions (look up by DSID) investigative detailed oriented work. Different naming convention.
All internal audiences and retail and retail corporate
Not engineering technical but organizational technically
RPM don't expect BOX is helpful
Some of type access control, people data system, would be helpful
Dropbox, Microsoft document sharing tool
