Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage a pipeline of new personal and commercial insurance prospects.

Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage and solutions.

Prepare and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Collaborate with underwriting teams to secure competitive rates and terms.

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.

Valid Georgia Property & Casualty License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience.

Demonstrated success in developing and closing new business.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
