Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Producer to join the growing team with Champion Risk. The Producer is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships to provide tailored insurance coverage for their prospects and clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies
• Relationship Management: Drive overall client satisfaction and organic growth by effectively managing client relationships
• Goal Achievement: Achieve new business objectives established in annual sales plan
• Consultative Sales Approach: Utilize a consultative sales approach to gather information and present proposals to business owners and C-level Executives
• Solution-Oriented: Develop and present tailored solutions based on client needs and requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business-to-business sales
• Hold a Property & Casualty license in good standing
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus
• A consultative, proactive approach to working with prospects and clients
