Job Description:
Product Analyst - AI Tooling
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
This role is positioned within the IT Product and Innovation team and supports the operational processes that enable AI at scale. The position is central to two core functions: managing the AI intake pipeline for new tools and platforms, and maintaining the inventory of AI productivity tools. This includes tracking features, usage, and spend for platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. This role requires fluency in AI tools, structured thinking for process design, and the ability to work at the intersection of operations, product management, and vendor coordination.

Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelors degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field is required. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in operations, program coordination, vendor management, product operations, or a related field. Experience managing or coordinating vendor relationships or tool portfolios in a technology environment is necessary.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) in a professional context. Experience building or maintaining dashboards, scorecards, or reporting systems is required.
