Our Team:
The Facilities and Space Management workstream enables integrated facilities systems and tools to deliver safe, functional, and adaptable workplaces. This includes tools for space management, facilities maintenance, portfolio management, lease administration, and capital projects management. Our goal is to enhance employee experience and productivity while optimizing space, services, and resources. The systems and tools support our business stakeholders in managing a portfolio of 160+ locations globally around the world where our 25,000 employees collaborate and innovate every day.
The Role:
As a Product Analyst supporting Capital Projects Management, you will partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-informed solutions across the capital projects lifecycle. You will analyze complex construction and project management workflows, evaluate system capabilities, and generate insights that guide roadmap decisions across our project systems portfolio.
This role blends product analysis, systems strategy, and enterprise construction expertise.
What We Do:
Manage capital project systems ecosystem to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and expand capabilities
Partner with cross-functional teams including Capital Project Management, Design, Facilities, Critical Infrastructure, and Procurement to identify user needs and system improvements
Leverage data, AI, and automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and project delivery outcomes
Provide insights that guide roadmap planning, adoption, optimization, and build vs. buy decisions
Enhance existing solutions and implement new tools that support the full capital project lifecycle
Ensure project systems meet enterprise standards for compliance, governance, and scalability
We'll Trust You To:
Analyze capital project workflows including project planning, budgeting & forecasting, procurement, cost management, and execution
Administer and optimize project management systems such as Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder)
Support roadmap prioritization with data-driven insights across project delivery and system performance
Develop KPIs to measure project performance, system adoption, and operational efficiency
Partner with stakeholders across Capital Projects, Finance, Facilities, and Technology teams
Manage system enhancements, workflow improvements, and configuration changes using agile methodologies
Contribute to build vs. buy analyses and vendor evaluations
Ensure systems meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and scalability
You'll Need to Have:
5+ years working with capital project or construction management systems such as Trimble Unity Construct(e-Builder)
Experience as a business analyst, system administrator, or product analyst supporting capital projects or construction workflows
Strong understanding of capital project lifecycle processes including planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution
Experience managing SaaS configurations and system administration in an enterprise environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from project, support, and user data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, clarify issues, and share product updates
Experience documenting workflows, user needs and pain points, business requirements, and system interdependencies
Familiarity with agile product development and iterative delivery practices
We'd Love to See:
Experience with additional construction management tools such as Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud
Experience in integrating or working with SAP systems in a project or financial context
Familiarity with coding tools such as Python
Understanding of project controls, cost management, and reporting frameworks within capital projects
Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise capital project portfolios 3+ years working with construction management
Salary Range = 140,000 - 180,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
