Our Team:

The Facilities and Space Management workstream enables integrated facilities systems and tools to deliver safe, functional, and adaptable workplaces. This includes tools for space management, facilities maintenance, portfolio management, lease administration, and capital projects management. Our goal is to enhance employee experience and productivity while optimizing space, services, and resources. The systems and tools support our business stakeholders in managing a portfolio of 160+ locations globally around the world where our 25,000 employees collaborate and innovate every day.

The Role:

As a Product Analyst supporting Facilities and Space Management, you will partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-informed workplace systems. You will analyze complex facilities workflows, evaluate system capabilities, and generate insights that guide roadmap decisions across our systems portfolio.

This role blends product analysis, systems strategy, and enterprise workplace technology expertise.

What We Do:

  • Manage workplace systems ecosystem across for opportunities to simplify workflows and expand capabilities
  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify user needs and system opportunities
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and discoverability of workplace services
  • Provide insights that guide roadmap planning, adoption, optimization and build vs buy decisions
  • Enhance existing solutions and implement new workplace solutions that meet user needs
  • Ensure workplace solutions meet enterprise standards for compliance, security and scalability

We'll Trust You To:

  • Analyze space management workflows including stacking & blocking, allocation, reservations, and move execution

  • Evaluate IWMS capabilities and identify optimization opportunities

  • Support roadmap prioritization with data-driven insights

  • Leverage AI tools for product research, prototype development, and spec driven requirements

  • Develop KPIs to measure adoption, utilization, and operational efficiency

  • Partner with stakeholders across Facilities, Real Estate, and Workplace Experience

  • Contribute to build vs. buy analyses and vendor evaluations

  • Ensure systems meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and scalability

You'll Need to Have:

  • 5+ years working with workplace systems, such as ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery, IBM Tririga, Accruent, Eptura, etc.
  • Experience as a workplace systems consultant and/or system architect
  • Strong understanding of the IWMS Ecosystem, related solutions and workplace platforms
  • Strong understanding of space management workflows from planning, stacking & blocking, space allocation, desk assignment workflows to move execution
  • Experience managing SaaS configurations for workplace systems in an enterprise environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from system, support and user data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, clarify issues, and share product updates
  • Experience with documenting internal workflows, user needs, and system interdependencies
  • Familiarity with agile product development and iterative product delivery practices

We'd Love to See:

  • 3+ years working with ServiceNow products, such as Workplace Service Delivery, HR Service Delivery, Knowledge Management, IT Service Management, and Workflow Data Fabric (Integration Hub)
  • Experience with critical infrastructure solutions such as MCIM
  • Understanding of workplace workflows related to reservations, wayfinding, digital mapping
  • Experience with IoT devices such as sensor technology for air quality, presence, etc.
  • Experience with preventative and proactive maintenance critical infrastructure and facilities workflows

Salary Range = 140,000 - 180,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
