Product Analyst, II
Pay Range: $55/hour to $59/hour 

Summary:
The Product Analyst II (Data/Digital) will assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing management of digital & data products and services to transform the experiences of patients, families, and staff combined. The Product Analyst II (Data/Digital) will work closely with the various enterprise stakeholders of our client's organization to articulate business requirements, build user stories, and identify the value proposition(s). The Product Analyst II (Data/Digital) will conduct market research to understand industry problems and find innovative solutions, as well as aid in evangelizing digital & data product offerings to the business stakeholders to continually develop and expand the product roadmap.

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.

Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product/business analysis.
  • Experience in a Cerner (Oracle Health) environment required.
  • Development abilities in visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI) required.
  • Experience working with users to capture requirements and develop workflow diagrams that translate to application builds.
  • Experience analyzing and recommending appropriate technical solutions to support the overall enterprise (including market research).
  • Experience developing broader awareness of optimal use of solutions and maintaining relationships with enterprise leaders (including but not limited to clinical, business, and research areas) to support data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environment with autonomy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Healthcare IS experience preferred.
Accountabilities:
  • Customer Service: Resolves customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems and tickets politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedures, utilizes problem-solving skills, and maintains a pleasant and professional image. Customers may include both internal department users, vendors, and peers within the client's IS.
  • Solution Design and Development: Analyzes events, documentation, requirements, and needs to design and develop solutions to solve problems and/or meet the organization’s needs. Responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, apps, and forms from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strives to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
  • Performance Improvement/Transformation/Innovation: Demonstrates an ongoing understanding of and actively participates in performance improvement activities, identifies, and proactively pursues business transformation, uses innovation to enhance/solve current system and business workflow problems. Acts as a subject matter expert for department functions in relation to implementing and managing responsible systems.
  • Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge: Familiar with multiple application systems/business functions with working knowledge of selected systems/functions. Working knowledge of industry best practices, conventions, and regulations.
  • Limited programming and/or integration expertise with ability to work on moderately complex assignments.
  • Teamwork and Project Management: Leads work efforts. Uses planning skills to manage and complete work efforts on time and on budget.
  • Reports & Analytics: Ability to generate both standard and ad hoc reports. Ability to design and assist in developing nonstandard/ custom reports as required.
  • Training: Responsible for working with customers and/or vendors on training on new systems being implemented and rolled out for use in the departments. Responsible for assisting in training new staff members on applicable systems/applications.
