Product Owner
Manage product life cycle (PLC) from ideation to post-launch and develop product strategy to deliver customer value within timeline and budget.
Act as the liaison with engineers, Scrum Masters, architects, QA, UX/UI and sales to prioritize the product roadmap to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Create User Stories and Business Requirement document (BRD) by translating requirements for business and technical team.
Conduct user interviews, gathered functional, technical and non-functional requirements (NFR) to create workflows, business rules and system integration diagrams.
Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders to reach agreements, craft product vision, discuss portfolio priorities and resolve gaps with cross-divisional product team.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Systems Architects to define new and enhanced product features.
Provide updates to leadership on epics and feature delivery schedules, track progress using velocity and burndown charts.
Evaluate current (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) of business processes and features to perform gap analysis, design prototypes, document pain points and identify potential areas for process improvement.
Contribute to the creation of user documentation, best practices and training materials.
Validate use cases of features for each release and publish release notes.
