This role will be responsible for translating strategy into action—driving partner execution, sales enablement, pricing support, and launch readiness across priority government use cases.

This role focuses on translating public‑sector strategy into execution—driving government‑specific solutions, ecosystem pre-sales, and cross‑functional delivery across priority use cases.

The role will partner closely with Sales, Product, Solutioning, Pricing, global and regional teams to support government opportunities, accelerate new use cases, and strengthen Visa’s position as core infrastructure for public‑sector payment and money‑movement flows. Based in Miami, the role is responsible for supporting the ecosystem strategy, defining product requirements, and delivering solutions that address payment, purchasing, expense, and accounts payable needs for public sector clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute commercialization initiatives for government and public‑sector clients across priority use cases.
  • Support development and optimization of VGS solutions, including government‑specific features, new use cases, and solution enhancements.
  • Partner with CMS Market Heads and cross‑functional regional and local teams to ensure alignment of government strategy, positioning, and execution.
  • Support public‑sector business development by shaping government‑relevant value propositions and enabling partners with scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with solutioning and technical teams to ensure solutions meet government functional, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate across global, regional, and local stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and scalable public‑sector solutions.
  • Support country‑level public‑sector strategies through market analysis, business cases, and execution support.
  • Develop executive‑level materials and insights to support leadership decision‑making and commercialization progress.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify new opportunities—including enablers, govtechs, new business lines with existing issuers, and support the head of commercialization in prioritization and execution of initiatives with the LAC team.
  • Engage directly with clients—including govtechs, public sector clients, issuers, acquirers to understand needs and pain points and opportunities.
  • Execute the VGS roadmap, delivering against commercial objectives across all solution types and use cases in the region.
  • Use data, insights, and market research to understand and share key competitive trends and performance across verticals.
  • Identify product and capability gaps, assess market readiness, and work with internal stakeholders to prioritize, schedule, and communicate new solution releases.
  • Collaborate with local teams, VGS and VCS sales, and Product & Platforms to ensure alignment of strategy and solution direction across the LAC region.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to research and evaluate new business opportunities and segments.
  • Define and maintain operating models with partners for specific verticals or use cases.
  • Manage identified gaps and follow‑up actions with Product teams through launch and market communication, leveraging internal stakeholders and established process.
  • Leverage internal teams and governance to leverage Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, Marketing, Client Readiness, Government Affairs, and other teams to ensure coordinated delivery and execution.
