As a product analyst on the Personal Lines Auto team, you'll conduct research and analysis that supports the profitability and growth of our auto product in a variety of states. You'll work on all aspects of the product that drive our auto results. Additionally, you'll assess monthly performance, identify segmentation opportunities, explore underlying drivers of market trends, support product revisions and updates, and share findings with business partners.

This is a hybrid role, which means you'll work in-office 1 to 2 days a week out of the Cleveland, OH or Richmond, VA office.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Product knowledge of personal lines auto.
  • Experience with SAS, SQL or other data querying tools.
  • Proven ability to develop predictive data and high proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including the use of pivot tables and formulas.

Compensation

  • $67,300 - $108,500 / year depending on position level and experience.
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 24 - 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
