- Active Secret clearance (required)
- 3–5 years of experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, or product analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business process mapping
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Prior experience supporting government programs
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Support product discovery, gap analysis, and solution evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Support prioritization decisions by evaluating business impact, effort, and dependencies
- Support testing, validation, and release readiness activities
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle
