Product Analytics Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation)
• Expertise in:

o Product analytics

o Event tracking frameworks

• Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications
• Knowledge of:

o Data pipelines

o API-based integrations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform
• Enable tracking of:

o Feature usage and product adoption

o User behavior and engagement

o Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs

• Work closely with:

o Product teams

o Engineering teams

o AI application teams

• Drive integration of Amplitude with:

o Applications under development

o AI-powered workflows

• Define:

o Event tracking strategy

o Instrumentation standards

• Build dashboards for:

o Adoption metrics

o Product usage insights

• Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Ability to quickly take over platform from product team
• Strong capability to work across:

o Business + technical stakeholders

• Capable of scaling adoption across multiple applications

Salary Range: $120,000- 135,000 a year
