Our Parma, Ohio branch of OSG USA, Inc. is one of the largest full-line domestic die manufactures in the United States. We offer a wide range of products for the thread forming industry including flat, cylindrical, planetary, trimming, rack, and segmented carbide dies. The company markets its products to numerous industries including automotive, die mold, aerospace, energy, heavy industry and dental.

We are seeking a Product Application Sales Engineering Intern-Rack Dies to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting others in the product application Sales, engineering, and manufacturing engineering groups in day-to-day duties while learning about OSG's manufacturing processes and products and exhibiting OSG values. OSG is looking for Engineering Interns because we believe in investing in talent and to build a pool of qualified candidates to fill future open positions.

Job Functions for a Product Application Sales Engineering Intern-Rack Dies:

• Filing production history documents
• Assist with AutoCAD drawings including to learn the translation into English process
• Assist with rack die incoming inspection and order creation
• Process rack die regrind orders

Qualifications for a Product Application Sales Engineering Intern-Rack Dies:

• Completed sophomore year of college or previous experience as a Manufacturing Intern with OSG USA
• Working towards a degree in Engineering, Business, or previous experience as a Manufacturing Intern with OSG USA
• Basic geometry skills
• Knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Blueprint reading and/or CAD Skills preferred
• CNC machine operation skills preferred

Compensation:

• $1,153.85 per week

Job Type: Full-time-Exempt (Salary)

Reports to: Product Application Sales Engineering Manager

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
