Product Applications Specialist Bilingual Miami, FL Direct Hire
TempExperts is sourcing for a Bilingual Product Applications Specialist to join a technical operations team in Miami, FL. This Direct Hire Opportunity supports the connection between sales, customers, and production. Must have CAD experience and a background in construction-related or industrial applications.
Responsibilities:
Support sales and customers throughout the pre-sale and application process as a key technical resource.
Review customer requirements and provide appropriate product and application recommendations.
Develop cost estimates for standard and custom product applications.
Review and interpret technical drawings and make minor updates using CAD software.
Confirm design feasibility and alignment with production capabilities and specifications.
Serve as a liaison between sales and production teams to ensure accurate transfer of technical requirements.
Prepare and finalize production documentation and work orders.
Translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable solutions.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams to improve product understanding and application knowledge.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements/Education:
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
Intermediate CAD experience required (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
Experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure-related environments required.
Familiarity with electrical or utility-related applications (e.g., conduit systems, underground installations, or similar) required.
Prior experience in a technical support, applications, design, or field-based technical role required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
Preferred:
Exposure to manufacturing or fabrication environments.
Familiarity with construction or electrical industry standards and codes.
Technical degree or certification preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
