TempExperts is sourcing for a Bilingual Product Applications Specialist to join a technical operations team in Miami, FL. This Direct Hire Opportunity supports the connection between sales, customers, and production. Must have CAD experience and a background in construction-related or industrial applications.
Responsibilities:- Support sales and customers throughout the pre-sale and application process as a key technical resource.
- Review customer requirements and provide appropriate product and application recommendations.
- Develop cost estimates for standard and custom product applications.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and make minor updates using CAD software.
- Confirm design feasibility and alignment with production capabilities and specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and production teams to ensure accurate transfer of technical requirements.
- Prepare and finalize production documentation and work orders.
- Translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams to improve product understanding and application knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements/Education:- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
- Intermediate CAD experience required (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
- Experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure-related environments required.
- Familiarity with electrical or utility-related applications (e.g., conduit systems, underground installations, or similar) required.
- Prior experience in a technical support, applications, design, or field-based technical role required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
Preferred:- Exposure to manufacturing or fabrication environments.
- Familiarity with construction or electrical industry standards and codes.
- Technical degree or certification preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
